Govor Y. Prevention of violent family crimes against women by law-enforcement authorities

Candidate thesis is devoted to up to date problem of prevention of violent family crimes against women by the law-enforcement authorities. On the basis of comprehensive analysis of the problem of family violence, the author offered his own notion of criminal family violence, specified its types, and also determined specific features of violent family crimes against women, conducted their classification. On the basis of criminological analysis, new criminology information about violent family crimes against women, specific features of persons, who commit violent crimes, features, which are typically inherent to women-victims of family violence, are generalized.
