Essay

The work covers the problem of early kidney damage markers of tubular and glomerular nephron parts in children with chronic kidney disease (CKD). The CKD progress risk factors in children were determined. Pathological influence of dysmetabolic nephropathy on course and progress of kidney disease was defined. The levels of renospecific enzymes and enzymes which are able to penetrate through a glomerular filter such as ?-glutamyltransferase, alkaline phosphatase, succinatdehydrogenase, acid phosphatase and kholinesterase were investigated in urine and blood sermen. The destruction of glomerular and tubular nephron parts in different cellular levels are determined on the foundation of increase of level of enzymes in urine. With the purpose of improvement of organization of medical care for children it is necessary to add the points in examination list of children of clinical group with successive determination of kholinesterazi and membranospecific enzymes.
