Essay

The work deals with improving of nephropathies early diagnostics in children on the basis of in-depth study of role of exogenous factors in their formation and progression. It has been proved that in children who live in districts with high pollution prevalence of diseases of urinary system and more high morbidity are present than in children who live in districts with low pollution. Changes of phospholipids in blood and urine were revealed in all children. Particularly disorders of structured-functional organization of cell membranes were found in patients who live in districts with high pollution. It has been proved that development and progression of nephropathies in children were accompanied by disorders of macro- and microelements' composition in blood and hair. The algorithm for diagnostic searching with anamnestic, clinical and laboratory criteria in children with ecological related nephropathy was developed.
