Stasyuk O. State Regulation of Small Businesses in Ukrainian Transport Branch

The dissertation is devoted to the theoretical, methodological and applied principles of small business state regulation in the Ukrainian transport branch. The thesis discloses the essence of small business and the theoretical basis of its state regulation in the transport branch. The author has developed a conceptual approach to using the potential of small businesses in the sphere of the railway transport. The state of small businesses development in the transport branch and the factors that influence this process have been analysed. In addition the thesis substantiates preconditions and peculiarities of attracting small businesses to the railway transport. The author has improved the content of system-forming elements of economic mechanism of small businesses state regulation in the railway transport. The thesis discloses the main mechanisms of involving small businesses in the railway transport. According to the obtained results, the author has substantiated promising directions and activities for small enterprises in the reform conditions.
