TThe thesis is devoted to the complex philosophical and legal analysis of the realization of the principle of justice in lawmaking activity, grounding of the theoretical basis, and specification of some practical possibilities of solving this problem. It is systematized theoretical and ideological contradictions of the realization of the idea of justice in the lawmaking sphere, and also is carried out the philosophical and legal analysis of foreign and domestic conceptions of justice concerning the conceptual foundations of law-making activity.
