Dissertation work is devoted to research of theoretical positions and creating of methodical recommendations for improvement of material and informative streams management and logistic approach management introduction on the enterprises of аgroindustrial complex (AIC). Interpretation of fundamental definitions of logistic theory, maintenance and principles of the logistic approach to material and informative streams management on enterprises is systematized and specified. The state and problems of material and informative streams organization in logistic activity complex of enterprises of AIC is determined. The features of logistic processes management organization on these enterprises are considered, principle approaches of logistics-oriented material and informative streams management instrumentary introduction on the enterprises of AIC is offered. Suggestions of practic are formulated basic directions of logistic processes on the AIC enterprises optimization determination; the method of the modified АВС-ХУZ- analysis is developed with the purpose of subsequent enter-prise material streams element composition optimization.
