The research of theoretical and methodological foundations of technical supply of farms has been conducted and the concept and characteristics of technical supply of farms have been defined. The methodological approaches to the analysis of structure and structural changes of technical supply of farms have been upgraded and evaluated and the tendencies have been highlighted. The relationships between the technical supply and the outcomes of economic activities on farms have been analyzed. The methods for determination the parameters of cooperatives that would supply technical services for farms, based on the principle of their localization and gravitation have been formulated. The organizational and economic mechanism of technical supply of farms has been worked out. The concept of improvement the organizational supply of farms through creating informational and consulting technical centers with corresponding tasks and functions has been proposed.
