Essay

The work investigates theoretical and methodological aspects of agricultural enterprises personnel forming under intensive labour migration of rural population. The essence of the "personnel" concept is considered, as well as peculiarities of the agricultural enterprises personnel reproduction; the migration influence upon personnel forming is substantiated. The processes of agricultural enterprises personnel forming and use under the population high migratory activity are analyzed. Some ways for improvement of agricultural enterprises provision with personnel are proposed, and the mechanism of allocation of labor migrants, which they pass to their relatives at home.
