Milanin O. Strategy of housing construction development in the conditions of environment characteristics change

A research object is processes of forming and improvement of strategy of development of housing industry. A research aim is development of scientifically-methodical approaches to forming and improvement of strategy of development of housing in the conditions of change of descriptions of environment. Research methods: approach of the systems, strategic analysis, mathematical design statistical analysis. The scientific novelty of dissertation work consists in development of scientifically-methodical approaches to forming and improvement of strategy of development of housing with the aim of adaptation of industry to the change of descriptions of environment. The analysis of permanents which determine strategy of development of housing in a set period of time is first conducted; principles of strategic development are set forth industries of housing of Ukraine, adequate to current and prognosis statuses of external environment; the scientifically-methodical going is offered near the selection of strategic constituent of government control of housing industry. It is improved: functional strategies of development of housing. Got further development: strategic principles of territorial building by addition of suburbanization principle; directions of complex land of large city development.
