Pshenichnaya V. The development of the mechanism's realization of the state investment policy

A research object is a process of forming and realization of public investment policy. A research aim is development of scientifically-methodical approaches and scientific and research recommendations in relation to development of mechanism of realization of public investment policy by generalization of theoretical positions an account of home and foreign experience and features of economy of Ukraine is with the aim of bringing in of additional volumes of investments and achievement of the economy growing of Ukraine. Research methods: complex and system approaches, system, logic and induction, prognoses. The scientific novelty of work consists in development of the scientifically-methodical going near the investment environment created to the market conditions in a country for the effective bringing in and use of financial sources of forming of investment resources and instruments of state invest politicians are in the priority spheres of national economy, and also development of scientific and practical recommendations in relation to development of mechanism of realization. First: the scientifically-methodical going is worked out near development of mechanism of realization of public investment policy of Ukraine. It is improved: scientifically-organizational going near development of mechanism of forming of investment climate; methodical principles of development of model of realization of public investment policy; a mechanism of management of investment resources streams is in the regions of Ukraine. Got further development of determination of term "public investment policy"; pre-conditions of origin and development of public investment policy; the methodical going is near development of the system of improvement of mechanism of state-private partnership in realization of public investment policy.
