In dissertations investigational theoretical and methodological problems of forming of strategy of development of enterprises of sanatorium-and-spa complex. For the improvement of communications it is suggested to use the model of sequence of the stages of influence an author on a client, which takes into account the dynamic effect of marketing of communication influence on an user, proper effects and strategies, and contains the estimation of satisfaction and loyalty of clients.
