Dmytrenko O. The problems of state power in the heritage of F.V. Taranovsky

In the thesis we study the complex issues of state power in the works of F.V. Taranovsky (1875-1936) - an outstanding domestic lawyer, doctor of public law, one of the founders of the Ukrainian Academy of Sciences. Determined that the range of issues of state power (the nature of power in general, the nature, legal forms, the sphere of manifestation, the limits of the sovereignty in the signs of the state sovereignty and state power, etc.), which showed interest in the scientist, is considered by him in organic connection with the law. Traced the continuity relationship views of F. Taranovsky, his predecessors and successors to the problems of state power. Determined the significance of his public-power concepts for modern science and practice.
