Justice administration is a special kind of social activity, fulfilled by judges on behalf of those persons, who appeal to court, to secure their rights and freedoms. One of the main peculiarities of legal regulation of judges' service is combination of unity and differentiation. Differentiation is represented in procedure of professional selection for justice administration, in content of judges' labour functions, in procedure of labour relationship termination, in regulation of their working hour and hours for rest, in remuneration of labour and other forms of material support.
