Serebryak S. Peculiarities of Legal Regulation, Development and Termination of Employment with Employees of the Prosecutors of Ukraine

Proved that the employee of Prosecutor's Office of Ukraine is the subject of labor law and a member of the service and labor relations in view of the scope and peculiarities of their regulation and availability of special legal status. It is proved that the origin of the service and labor relations with the public prosecutor of Ukraine is based on complex legal fact. The development of service and employment relation depends on the subjective factor: active acts of employee and his professional capacity. The necessity of establishing a single list of grounds for termination of service and labor relations with employees of the Prosecution of Ukraine under the Law of Ukraine "On Prosecution".
