Dissertation is devoted to a complex research of urgent theoretical and practical issues of subject of supervision and control relationship in the sphere of observance of labour legislation of Ukraine. The work examines activity of separate subjects of supervision and control, works out their classification. It gives author's definition of such category as "legal personality of subjects of supervision and control in the sphere of observance of labour legislation", defines main features of their legal personality. The work depicted main ways of public supervision and control performed by labour unions and authorized organs.
