Legal relations on mandatory state social insurance are legal connections between insurance subjects, shown in their mutual rights and obligations, directed at provision of protection of insured persons from social risks and on their compensation by presenting payments and services after the insurance case from the system of mandatory state social insurance, equal to insured salary or other income, and also by conducting measures on prevention of social risky situations.
