Essay

It is analysed in dissertation, generalized and improved the problems of development of food industry of south regions of Ukraine. Modern development status of agriculture and processing enterprises of food retail industry is analysed with the purpose of determination of tendencies and prospects. Explained necessity of application of cluster approach for the increase of efficiency of food industry of оn the whole. Explained mechanism of forming and functioning of food clusters of region. Basic industries of food complex, which most befit for clustering, are certain.
