Object - compensatory regulation of relations concerning pollution of transboundary level. Purpose - deepening scientific and organizational basis for the development and implementation of the compensation mechanism for cross-border natural level. Originality - The organizational-economic model of the compensation mechanism of nature in cross-border context that reflects the modern scientific understanding of the principles of integrated environmental and sustainable development as inter-regional and at international level for the environmental conditions of infrastructure; reasonably institutional requirements of environmental management of transboundary territories that serve as a basis a network of necessary institutions (structures), effective legislative and legal environment and information support for implementation of compensatory nature. Result - essence of the concept of "compensatory mechanism for natural-use in a Transboundary Context" and justified the formation of organizational and economic models for its implementation.
