Economic and methodological approaches to definition of insurer for discrete and interval estimation in according with paying solvency level have been improved. Economic and mathematic model of insurance company portfolio structure optimization on the basis of reinsurance operations usage has been designed. Theoretical aspects of additional financial flows identification by means of financial stability control on the reinsurance basis have been researched. Scientific and methodological approach to insurance company activity financial results factor analysis from the point of view of reinsurance mechanism research has been improved. Problem aspects and priority directions of observation, regulation and Ukrainian reinsurance operation conducting control system have been examined.
