Thesis focuses on the problem of diagnosis, treatment and prevention of changes of hard tissue of teeth and periodontal tissues in patients with gastroesophageal reflux disease based on the study of mechanisms of their occurrence and development. Was designed by results of epidemiological, clinical, laboratory, functional methods. Primary and secondary prevention of changes of hard tissue of teeth and periodontal tissues in patients with GERD. The development of individual algorithm oral hygiene and use of calcium D3 Nicomed including patient's age, somatic and dental status, and the presence of bad habits was proved as core concept of primary prevention of non-carious lesions of teeth and periodontal disease. The high efficiency of complex medical pathogenetically justified treatment of GERD with pathological changes in organs and tissues of the mouth was proved.
