Smyrnova Y. Peculiarities of clinical picture, course and treatment of patients with rheumatic mitral valvular disease with concomitant chronic obstructive pulmonary disease

The object of the research is morpho-functional state changes of cardiovascular and respiratory system in patients with rheumatic mitral valvular disease with concomitant chronic obstructive pulmonary disease in case of liposome drugs administration. The goal is to improve diagnostic and treatment efficiency of rheumatic mitral valvular disease in patients with concomitant chronic obstructive pulmonary disease. Methods - clinical, biochemical, instrumental, statistical. Novelty is presented as identification of the clinical features, assessment of morpho-functional state of cardiovascular and respiratory system; the efficacy and life quality improvement when using cоmplex treatment with liposome drugs was grounded and proved. The observed data were introduced into practice of the Donetsk Regional Clinical Territorial Medical Union, Institute of urgent and restorative surgery named by V.K. Gusak, Academy of Medical Science of Ukraine, clinic of Donetsk national medical university named by M. Gorky and also in the educational process of Donetsk, Lugansk and Kharkov Medical Universities.
