Balantsova E. Features of pathogenesis, diagnosis and treatment of erosive-ulcerous lesions of gastroduodenal zone in patients with chronic pancreatitis with excessive body mass

The object of the research is erosive-ulcerative affection of gastroduodenal zone in patients with chronic pancreatitis with over body weight. The goal is to improve treatment efficiency of erosive-ulcerative affection of gastroduodenal zone in patients with chronic pancreatitis with over body weight. Methods - clinical, biochemical, immunoenzyme, immunohistochemical, morphological, instrumental, statistical. Novelty is presented as identification of the aetiological and pathogenetic variants of development and assessment of morpho-functional features of erosive-ulcerative affection of gastroduodenal zone in patients with chronic pancreatitis with over body weight; the efficient treatment was developed of such combined pathology using rebamipid, gasromax and erbisol. The observed data were introduced into practice of the Donetsk Regional Clinical Territorial Medical Union, Regional Hospital of the Great Patriotic War Invalids (Chernovtsy city), Republican Clinical Hospital by Semashko (Simferopol city), Poltava Central Regional Hospital and also in the educational process of Donetsk, Lugansk and Crimean Medical Universities, Ukrainian medical stomatological academy (Poltava city).
