3. The object of research is the processes associated with the choice of anti-crisis strategy of the mechanical-engineering enterprises. The purpose of thesis is development of theoretical and applied aspects concerning selection, formation and implementation of the anti-crisis strategy of the mechanical-engineering enterprises. The author has used the methods of grouping, comparative analysis, synthesis, economic-mathematical methods, expert estimations, construction of integrated indicators, modeling, structural and morphological analysis, matrix, trend forecasting. A theoretical value consists in improving the methodological approach to the classification of factors influencing the crisis state of the mechanical-engineering enterprises; conceptual apparatus in relation to the category of "anti-crisis strategy"; stages of developing of the anti-crisis strategy; estimation of the crisis by developing a flowchart; diagnostics process of the mechanical-engineering on the basis of complex model of diagnosis; justification of the implementation of anti-crisis strategy of the mechanical-engineering based on the matrix implementation of anti-crisis strategy with the general index of sustainability of the enterprise to the crisis. Scientific novelty is the development of the matrix selection of the anti-crisis strategy on the basis of the method of structural and morphological analysis. The subject of the dissertation work is the theoretical and applied aspects of the development, introduction and implementation of anti-crisis strategy of the mechanical-engineering enterprises. Suggestions of the author are used in a comprehensive approach to diagnosis of the mechanical-engineering enterprises based on the comprehensive diagnostic model of the crisis; improving the process of forming of the anti-crisis strategy based on the development model of the anti-crisis strategy of the mechanical-engineering enterprises; selecting of the anti-crisis strategy based on the method of structural and morphological analysis. Domestic enterprises of machine building industry, public authorities, are a sphere of the use of the author's suggestions.s of enterprises economic activities have been determined which comprise the grounding of reasons of stagnant phenomena origin in the development of the enterprises economy nowadays.
