The thesis is devoted to the investigation of development of integrated corporate structures of Ukraine's machinery industry and strategy development of integrated corporate structures of mechanical engineering in crisis. The essence of the category "integrated corporate structure" is improved in the work. Concept of strategy of development of integrated corporate structure is Theoretically grounded. The methodical approach to of evaluation of efficiency of design integration ICS machinery industry is improved here too. The process of development of integrated corporate structures of machinery industry is analyzed Zaporozhye. The methodical approach to improving the organizational structure of management integrated corporate structure is developed. The guidelines for evaluation the efficiency of the improved organizational structure of ICS are proposed. The conceptual approach to the integration of corporate participants based on model of rehabilitation, placement and production development is improved.
