Dissertation is sanctified to the analysis of clinic-pathogenetic features of intensifying of chronic pyelonephritis (PN) connected with the diabetes mellitus (DM) of 2 types and to the study of features of the used for setting fire markers, metabolic violations, antioxidant defence and autoimmune changes at intensifying of chronic PN and research of efficiency of the offered method of treatment, and also his influence on the period of clinical and laboratory remission of chronic PN at joint pathology. Clinical displays of intensifying of chronic PN for patients on a background DM 2 to the type, by characterize predominance of intocsication syndrome in default of tendency to expressed of inflammatory process, de- or subcompensations of DM 2 to the type, increases of level of sugar of blood, It is educed by the increase of levels of TNF-? IL-1?, concentrations of NO, tendency to the increase of level of oxidizing modification of albumens and increase of activity of SOD. The set cross-correlation interdependence is between activity of inflammatory process and metabolic disorders. Application additionally of combination of canephron Н and thiothriasolin, in comparing to base therapy is effective, that is confirmed by a removal pain and intoxication syndromes, diminishing of dysuria disorders, leveling of urinary syndrome, with a tendency to normalization of TNF-?, ІL-1?, ІL-10, NO; by oppression of processes of oxidizing modification of albumens, serum activity of SOD and the level of CIC, by the removal of compensation of DM 2 to the type. Realization of rehabilitation measures for patients assisted the reliable diminishing of frequency of intensifying of PN.
