In dissertation are generalized the data of complex clinical-laboratory and instrumental inspection of 125 patients with nonalcoholic steatohepatitis, combined with osteoporosis at age 30-59 years, that were distributed on two groups, randomizated by sex, age and duration of disease. A basic group (65 patients) in the complex of medical treatment got galavit and artihol, and during period of medical rehabilitation - differential diet and vitamin-aminoacid-calcium complex, the group of comparison (60 patients) got the generally accepted facilities in averagetheraputic doses. The features of clinical picture, character and expressed of violations biochemical and immunological, at the patients with nonalcoholic steatohepatitis, combined with osteoporosis, were analysed. Patogenetically explaned expedience of the use of combination of galavit and artihol in complex therapy, and differential diet and vitamin-aminoacid-calcium complex to the complex of medical rehabilitation. More quick improvement of the common state of patients is marked, renewal of indexes immunological and biochemical, that shows up in achievement of remission of disease proof and valuable.
