Lega O. The labour productivity in grain crop production

Object of research: the formation of the level of productivity in the production of crops and the factors that affect it. Objective: To study theoretical and methodological provisions and reserves discovery productivity growth in the production of crops in the farms of Ukraine. Methods: monographic, analytic, group, correlation analysis, surveys, observations, and others. Scientific novelty: the first assesses the complexity of different technologies for crops, which determines the possibility several times increase in productivity during the transition from the current mass common to most modern technologies for the first time determined the impact of complex factors that shape the level of labor productivity, most notably productivity, technical equipment and the size of production for the first time reasonably cost labor for the cultivation of crops in farms with different technologies depending on the level of use of borrowed equipment.
