Object of research: the system of economic, social and environmental relations of agriculture in a sustainable national economic development. Objective: To develop theoretical and economic and environmental principles of sustainable and environmentally balanced development of agriculture, play a full social attractive and ekolohobezpechnoho habitat rural population in terms of integration of Ukraine into the EU. Research methods: logical, comparative and clustering analysis, optimization, analysis and synthesis of information, statistical surveys, monitoring, settling rural network. Scientific novelty: the first conceptual framework, methodological approaches and principles of economic transformation mechanism of reproduction of living conditions of rural population; formulated requirements that must meet the economic mechanism for implementing social and environmental priorities of agriculture, play a full environment of the rural population, as well as legal principles and organizational tools to ensure its effective functioning, a set of measures to improve environmental safety conditions of the rural population, and reasonably economic regulators and organizational tools to implement to improve the ecological state of the environment.
