Antipova L. Overcoming of disorganization of activity of subdivisions of industrial enterprise

It is proven that disorganization of enterprise's activity and processes that take place in it, must be a management object. A concept "disorganization of activity of enterprise's subdivisions" is improved. Reasons that cause disorganization of activity of enterprise's subdivisions are systematized. The instruments of influence are well-organized on the level of disorganization in activity of enterprise's subdivisions. Connection between descriptions of industrial enterprises' subdivisions and level of disorganization is investigational in its activity. The sequence of administrative influence is set on the level of disorganization of enterprise's subdivisions activity. Estimated methodology of disorganization level is worked out of enterprise's subdivisions activity. Situational approach is used in overcoming of excessive disorganization of enterprise's subdivisions activity on the basis of situational approach. Approbation of the worked out recommendations is conducted in relation to the estimated level of disorganization of enterprise's subdivisions activity and overcoming of its excessive level.
