In dissertation theoretical bases and practical aspects of forming of price policy are explored by agricultural enterprises, suggestions in relation to its improvement in modern terms are grounded. Evolution of theory of price and pricing is explored, the theoretical-methodical bases of pricing are definite and his features are exposed in agriculture. The tendencies of development of agriculture of Ukraine are analyzed in modern terms and influence pricing is definite on profitability of production of agricultural goods. The features of forming of price policy are definite in the agricultural enterprises of the Kharkov region of different forms of own.
