Essay

The thesis is devoted to the investigation of individual pattern of kidney morphogenesis after ureteral obstruction dependently on sensitivity of beta 2-adrenoreceptors by means of morphological, histochemical, morphometric, biochemical and statistical methods. The informative parameters of the individual renal morphogenesis (histoenzymological indexes, the dynamics of peritubular vessels relative volume, secretory activity of endocrine structures of kidneys, the specificity of lymphocyte infiltration and fibrosis) in rats with different sensitivity of adrenergic receptors were defined. Identified changes of the adaptive and compensatory processes in nephrons, microvasculature, and stroma of the organ can be used as criteria for diagnostics and development of the most informative sites for precision biopsy of the organ during a diagnostics of reactive and pathological morphogenesis of the kidneys. The main points of the thesis have been introduced in the educational process of the departments of histology and pathology, as well as in diagnostic practice of morphological laboratories.
