Essay

The object of investigation is the production and economic activity of railway track economy departments. The aim of the dissertation is is to deepen the theoretical foundations and development of practical recommendations to improve the organizational efficiency of reproduction of fixed assets of railway track economy. The research methods: dialectic, systematic, abstract and logical, historical and evolutionary, analysis and synthesis, computational and design, economics and statistics, comparison, analogy and modeling etc. Scientific novelty of the results is to deepen the theoretical and practical positions reproduction of fixed capital of railway track economy with a view to the progressive development of economic potential on the basis of efficiency of use and renovation of fixed assets of a transport production. The features of a railway track lifecycle are described. The approaches to more objective displaying of the conditions of the track upper structure reproductive processes are suggested, that allowed to justify a combined method of depreciation. The concept of normal reproduction as such that outlines the limits of fixed assets renovation considering the maintenance of efficient-market position is formulated. The mechanism of the controlling of fixed capital under conditions of railway track economy is improved. The concept of "The LRE-management of the reproduction of a railway track economy fixed assets" was put, that provides the depth control for calculation and use of depreciation funds. The approaches to the reproductive system correction due to refinancing and recapitalization of the enterprises fixed capital are formed.
