Shtykh O. Technical Instruments and Facilities Readings as Evidence in Cases Concerning Administrative Offences.

The thesis is a complex studying of theoretical and practical aspects of using technical instruments and facilities readings as evidence in cases concerning administrative offences. As a result of analyzed administrative and legal principles of proof in cases concerning administrative offences there were determined the main peculiarities of legal support of using technical instruments and facilities. There were defined the types of technical instruments and facilities which are used while prevention and restriction of administrative offences and also while proceedings over cases concerning administrative offences. The general characteristic was given to readings (data) received as a result of using such instruments and facilities. There were analyzed the definition and ways of using readings (data) received as a result of using technical instruments and facilities as evidence in cases concerning administrative offences.
