Legeza Y. Administrative services provided by public safety militia.

The thesis is devoted to complex research of theoretical and legal principles of providing of administrative services by public safety militia. Theoretical and normative-legal base of the notion of administrative services in Ukraine is studied and analyzed. The definition of categories "administrative services provided by public safety militia" and "procedure of providing of administrative services by public safety militia" is given and the attributes of these notions are exposed. Classification, state standards (criteria) of evaluation of quality and procedure of providing of administrative services by public safety militia are described. Suggestions and recommendations for enactments concerning providing of administrative services by public safety militia are formulated.
