Kravtsova I. Development of state corporate right governance system in Ukraine

Object of research - the process of creating conditions and development of state corporate rights management in Ukraine. The aim of the thesis is a theoretical generalization, the development of scientific and methodological approaches and practical recommendations for creating conditions and development of the management of state corporate rights in the national economy of the country as a combination of industries and enterprises through the use of its components - the mechanisms and instruments of public-private partnership and the principles corporate governance in Ukraine. Research methods: logical-dialectical, historical, analysis and synthesis, comparative analysis, financial and factor analysis. The novelty lies in the justification and development of complex scientific and methodological approaches to the formation conditions and development of the management of state corporate rights in the national economy as a set of industries and enterprises through the use of its components - the mechanisms and instruments of public-private partnerships and corporate governance in Ukraine. For the first time suggested improving the structure of subject and object state corporate rights. Improved methodical approach to determining the economic effectiveness of the management of public and mixed enterprises, scientific and methodical approach to establish a concession companies (for example, the coal industry).
