Mishenko O. Legal Regulation of Administrative Proceedings Under The Reforms and Economic Transformation.

The dissertation deals with problems of legal regulation of administrative judicial proceedings under the conditions of reform and economic transformation. The present dissertation examines the historical formation of the administrative judicial proceedings from the time of Kievan Rus to the present time, and regulations that ensure the establishment and development of administrative justice. In the course of research dissertator analyzed the legal nature of administrative judicial proceedings under modern conditions of reform and economic transformation in Ukraine. The author of the thesis identified a number of problems that arise in connection with the establishment and formation of administrative justice in modern Ukraine. Also were isolated and analyzed the actual problems that come out of cases of administrative jurisdiction, and were ultimately offer solutions. Were identified problematic issues of legal regulation of administrative judicial proceedings in Ukraine, and identified further ways of improving the legal regulation of administrative proceedings.
