Dobrovol'ska N. Organizational Principles of Legal Software in the Field of Judicial Administration.

The dissertation is devoted to the specifics of the basic principles of legal software in the field of judicial administration, which appearance is due to the implementation of the government on the principle of division into three branches, whose activities should take place offline. Determined that the legal framework for software in the field of judicial administration is the development, adoption and implementation, financial, organizational, financial and regulatory support of the competent public authorities, in cooperation with the structures of regional and local authorities and judicial authorities, legal acts of judicial management software designed the implementation of the judiciary, the development of the judicial system of Ukraine. Highlighted two areas of managerial influence in the judicial system: "internal" control (does not require interaction with entities outside the court system, covering relations subject (head) - object (subordinates) in the latter) and "external" management (provides support for members of the judiciary by using elements of other systems). Implementation of legal software as a kind of organizational - legal support in the field of judicial administration within the competence of external judicial control, which implies no possibility of judicial system to design and adopt legal acts of the program, but does not exclude the participation of the judiciary in this process.
