The dissertation is devoted of optimization treatment gouty arthritis in patients with obesity by using cryopreserved placenta extract features based on the study of combined pathology, assessment of the role of testosterone as a marker of activity of the process and ways of correction. In this work we prove the important role of testosterone in the development and progression of gouty arthritis and obesity. Proved that the aggravation of gouty arthritis is accompanied by changes in testosterone level, which depends on the degree of obesity. Unlike previous studies, found a strong link between testosterone concentration and uric acid, and stage of disease. The use of complex treatment of cryopreserved placenta extract of gouty arthritis in patients with obesity leads to positive dynamics of clinical and laboratory parameters.
