The concept of "customs rules violation" was analyzed in this paper. The author defines the role of customs rules violation in the structure of administrative offenses. The notion and the competence of the subjects have been formulated. The analysis into their legal statuses has been made. Special attention has been paid to the forms and methods of preventing measures.
