Essay

The objective is to establish the peculiaruties of structure of submandibular salivatory gland and oral mucosa under the influence of cisplatin basing on the experiments performed on 113 white rats, and the correction of some detected abnormalities by enterosgel. Such methods were used: optic, morphometric, electronmicroscopic and biochemical methods. The results with correction by enterosgel showed positive changes in all structures, weakening of the cytotoxicity and restoration of function. Results are introduct in education process. Branch - medicine.
