Essay

The dissertation is devoted to the development of new operative medicinal technologies, wich allow avoiding atrophy of the alveolar process of the upper jaw. On 206 patients the operative technology of teeth extraction by longitudinal fragmentation, methods of multilayer overlapping of sector of oro-antral anastomoses with the use of components of fibrin autoblood gel and "Osteoplast-K" for the filling of the bone defects, methods of the wound treatment with the use of the film "Dyplen-denta HD" and over-teeth gum shields have been developed, substantiated and approbated. Results are introduct in education and treatment process. Branch - medicine.
