Essay

Research object - gas silicates of marks 400-800 with optimized levels of properties. The goal has been to substantiate the conditions for obtaining the gas silicate with optimal compromise levels of quality and energy intensity criteria, while specification requirements being guaranteed. The methods are the system analysis of test results, multifactor experimental-statistical modelling, search for compromises by scanning the property fields, Monte Carlo method, correlation analysis. Obtained have been the empiric regularities of changes in optimal levels of quality criteria and composition-process factors for various specification requirements, gas silicates of low marks have been developed. With new version of the search-for-compromise algorithm the compromise optimal levels of strength and deformability under bending, heat conductivity, and energy intensity have been determined for all combinations of gas silicate marks and classes. Gas silicate of mark 400 reinforced with cellulose fibre has been got. This was applied to produce wall blocks. The results are used in academic process.
