Essay

Object of research: concrete and reinforce-concrete elements and constructions from light weight concrete on multicomponent astringent and quartz sand. Objective: experimentally to prove economic feasibility and financial viability of the use of construction heat-insulation light weight concrete on multicomponent astringent in wall blocks and wall panels of civil buildings, satisfying normative requirements on bearing strength, cracking of deformation and to give recommendations upon their settlement. Research methods and equipment. Researches of basic properties of light weight concrete on multicomponent astringent conducted on the method of the planned experiment of developed Voznesenskiy V.A. All researches were executed in accordance with the observance of operating normative documents. At research durability and deformation properties of standards of cubes and prisms, and also bent elements and wall constructions were used: the hydraulic machine HM-50, HM-50?, HM-250, HM-1000; device of ultrasonic. Results. In recommendations on the use of equalizations of regression, that allows considerably to simplify going near the study of basic properties of construction heat-insulation light weight concrete durability 5-25 MPa on multicomponent astringent with the use of quartz sand. Resulted and recommendation on adjustment of basic calculation parameters of construction heat-insulation light weight concrete on multicomponent astringent and quartz sand, that allows more exactly to ration their values and, the same, promote calculation bearing strength of structural elements, and also to avoid an underestimation them cracking and deformations. The projects of technical terms are developed on blocks wall large and wall panels from light weight concrete on multicomponent astringent and quartz sand. Novelty. Experimental information is first set about basic properties of light weight concrete by durability 5-25 MPa on multicomponent astringent and quartz sand, made from mixtures with the index on mobility sinking of cone 6 cm. Experimental information is got about durability homogeneity, bearing capabilities, cracking and deformations of wall blocks and wall panels, made on stand technology from light weight concrete on multicomponent astringent and quartz sand, and also their features of calculation it is given of recommendation are exposed on their account. Implementation. The results of researches are inculcated in practice of planning of association with the limited liability "Spectehdemontazh" at making and use of light weight concrete on multicomponent astringent in the bearings and self-supported constructions of dwellings and civil buildings. Use: concrete and reinforce-concrete wall constructions.
