The aim of the thesis research is theoretical foundation and development of methodical approaches and practical recommendations for forming and implementing the strategy of agricultural enterprises diversification. The object of research is the process of forming and implementing the strategy of diversification of agricultural enterprises. Methods: abstractly-logical, statistic-economical, economic-mathematical modeling. Theoretical results: development of theoretical and methodological positions and practical recommendations for the effective formulation and implementation the strategy of agricultural enterprises diversification. Practical results: the theoretical and methodological thesis will reduce the risks of diversification and achieving positive results from its implementation by agricultural enterprises. Scientific novelty: a methodical approach to choosing the best project of diversification of agricultural enterprises, based on a combination of simulation stochastic distribution of key parameters of alternative projects and criterial expert evaluation is proposed. Degree of implementation: the results of the conducted research are applied by Main administration of agroindustrial development of Zhytomyr regional state administration, used in practice of agricultural enterprises and in the educational process of the Zhytomyr national agro-ecological university. Effectiveness: research results will assist the efficiency increase of the implementing the strategy of diversification. Scope: executive authorities, universities, agricultural enterprises.
