3. The object of research - diagnostic activity of liver enzymes. Purpose - to investigate hepatoprotective properties of cluster compounds of rhenium in three types of structural models of carcinogenesis in various forms of tumor introduction of these compounds and cisplatin, such as nanoliposom and solid nanoparticles. Methods: spectrophotometry, fotocolorimetry, experimental models of tumor growth and acute toxic hepatitis, histological and cytological methods, methods of mathematical statistics. Theoretical and practical results, the novelty: the first time the effect of compounds of rhenium and platinum on the diagnostic indicators of liver carcinogenesis model and show hepatoprotective effects of cluster rhenium compounds with different modes of administration of antitumor drugs. First shown hepatoprotective effect of cluster rhenium compounds in a model of carcinogenesis, especially effective when entering compounds rhenium and platinum in a mixed nanoliposom. First shown hepatoprotective function of rhenium compounds in a model of acute toxic hepatitis. The mechanisms of action hepatoprotectors. Found compound - cis-dyatcetonytrylotetrahlorody-nu-adamantylcarboxylatodyrhenium(III) input which, together with cisplatin at a ratio of 4:1 in the form of mixed nanoliposom simultaneously accompanied by inhibition of tumor growth and maintenance of normal biochemical parameters and morphology of the liver.
