Tsarov V. Enterprises fixed assets investments management (based on materials of the Ukrainian automobile plants)

Dissertation is devoted to the substantiation of theoretic-methodical and practical basis of the substance and structure of fixed assets and organization of effective investment system management of enterprises. Theoretic-methodical basis of effective fixed assets managing were investigated: the substance of fixed and long-term assets was improved; system of criteria and indicates of the efficiency and dynamic of the reproduction process was extended; was developed the technology of organization of an fixed assets investments management system, based on hierarchy of objectives indicates scorecard was worked out, was proposed; on the basis of, the model of ensuring effective development of enterprise was developed. Analytical assessment of the current state, the dynamics, problems and perspectives of Ukrainian automobile industry development was prepared. Assessment of automobile plants functioning, analysis of tendencies and the investment activity level were undertaken; main directions of fixed assets development, investment measures efficiency in accordance with the features of external environment and specifics of internal technology processes were examined; automobile plants were grouped by the level of their investment management systems according to the inner methods. processes and management documentation .
