The work presents the results of a study of patients with cirrhosis of the liver in hypoxic syndrome and its correction with phosphatidylcholine liposomes. In patients with LC anemia develops in 64.1% of cases and is characterized by the formation of hypoxia in 78,6% of cases, changes in physical and chemical properties of hemoglobin, decreased ATP content, the activity of G-6-PDG, increased hexokinase activity, the accumulation in erythrocytes PEP and glucose. Development and progression of hypoxic and anemic syndromes in patients with LC characterized by a decrease of proinflammatory cytokines IL-1 and TNF-?, growth disorders of pigment metabolism, synthesis of protein liver function, the synthesis of clotting factors, decreased detoxifying function, as well as deepening the imbalance in the system of oxidants/antioxidants. With increasing severity of the hypoxic syndrome during liver cirrhosis is associated with a decrease in systemic non-specific resistance, which manifests a decrease in the number of G-CSF, antibodies of classes A, F, G to endotoxin of E. coli bacteremia and sustained deterioration of the dynamics of the bactericidal activity of blood serum. The drug phosphatidylcholine liposomes has hepatoprotective action, which manifests itself in improving indicators of functional state of the liver, decrease hypoxia, helps to restore the balance between prooxidant and antioxidant systems and stimulates nonspecific immunity.
