Tarasova M. The organizational and economic mechanism of managing water resources in Ukraine

Object of the study is process of the operating the organizing structure on the grounds of efficient use economic toolbox mechanism of management water use, guard and reconstruction water resource. Objective of study is development of the theoretical positions and motivation practical recommendation on improvement and increasing to efficiency organizing-economic mechanism of management water resource Ukraine. Methods of research are analysis and syntheses, theoretical generalization and comparisons, deterministic factorial cluster, econometric of the analysis, genetic algorithm, scenario of the approach. Theoretical and practical results: the development to concepts of the shaping organizing-economic mechanism of management water resource Ukraine; offers on calculation of the economic loss from water resource and rate contamination of the fines for breaches nature conservation legislation. Novelty is the most further development theoretical and scientifically-practical positions of the determination and improvements organizing-economic mechanism of management water resource. Degree of the introduction by State committee of the Ukraine on water facilities, Donetsk regional advice, Secretary of the Cabinet minister Ukraine, Verhovna Rada Ukraine. Sphere of use is state management body.
