Bogutska O. Financial intermediaries as institutions for providing enterprises capitalization

Object of the study is activity financial go-between in real sector of the economy. Objective of study is development of the theoretical positions and motivation scientifically-methodical and practical recommendation on development financial go-between and provision to capitalization enterprise. Methods of research are analysis and syntheses, inductions and deductions, quantitative analysis financial-economic factors, system-structured and benchmark analysis, system and situation approach, economic and mathematical modeling. Theoretical and practical results: the decision of the actual scientific task of the development scientifically-methodical recommendation on activations of activity financial go-between; development scientifically-methodical approach to estimation of the cost of attraction promissory capital at participation financial go-between. Novelty is development theorist-methodical basis of the development financial go-between for shaping financial resource and provision on this base of capitalization enterprise.
