Research paper deals with administrative and legal regulation of social protection of invalids in Ukraine. Some theoretical positions and practical recommendations made during the complex study are presented. According to the purpose of the research it is given the author's definition of "social protection of invalids", "administrative and legal regulation of social protection of invalids". The structure of the state system of social protection of invalids is analysed. The group of subjects of administrative and legal protection of invalids is determined.
